Apology
Please
accept my apology for the lack of updates throughout the week. I also apologize
that the continuation of these stories will not be ready in a timely manner. As
many of you are already aware, I have a physical problem which causes me to
suffer from chronic pain. I have more recently found a physical therapist who
specializes in pain management. He has been remarkable, but this past week has
found my condition deteriorating once again..... Continued...
New Look To Site Fights Spirit
Page
Although I
was unable to spend much time at the computer
throughout the week, my four and six-year-old
grandchildren found a way to help Grandma, while
allowing me to complete a Spirit
Makeover.
I sat the two children
in front of a computer, set them loose at the Site
Fights, and listened to what they had to
say. I believe they adopted every item that the
site fights offers for adoption, and told me how
they felt my Spirit pages should be.
Listening
to children is important. Their ideas were
fantastic and took just a short amount of time
to complete. So please, visit both my
first and my
second completely renovated Spirit Pages. Let
me know what you think.

DRO's
and QDRO's
This is a topic that
Issues has previously covered.
However, I do not wish for anyone to go through
what I am presently faced with, just because a
simple piece of paper was not filed. Therefore,
I am recovering the ground. First, read a little
about DRO's
and QDRO's. Once you, the reader, has
reached a bit of clarity on the topic, then feel
free to read about my present dilemma.
Although
this is something that is excruciatingly
personal, if my dilemma will help others to not
have to face a similar situation in the future,
it is well worth sharing. Continued...
Margaret's Country Crafts
Issues was extremely impressed when Margaret's Country Crafts
notified us that they had purchased some candles and crafts from a
going-out-of-business sale, and wanted to pass along the savings to Issues
readers. Margaret has offered Issues' readers an
additional 10% off from the clearance merchandise. Here's the secret to the
additional 10% savings: place your order, when you are taken to the confirm
order page put the word Issues next to your name, when you receive your email
confirmation you will also receive an additional 10% off from all clearance
merchandise.
For those of you not interested in the clearance merchandise, put Issues
next to your name after making an order, and Margaret will ship a "surprise"
with your order. Continued

Issues Announces New Contest
Check Issues main page often. We will be giving away a copy of George Harb's Never Let You Go sometime during the month of July. A question will be placed on the front page for a one hour interval. The first person able to answer the question correctly, within the one hour time period, will be awarded a copy of the new CD. So take a good look through our site so you'll be ready to answer the mystery question. And don't forget, the question will be hidden on the front page. It will appear for one hour only. The first reader to locate and correctly answer the question will be our winner.
Here's a bit of a clue: Check out George's site,
and stop back on Wednesday.
NEW FORMAT
- ANY COMMENTS
Issues will be utilizing a new format for our weekly ezine. Starting today, our main page will hold one paragraph of text from each new article; the remainder of the article will be on a separate page. By clicking on continued at the end of the paragraph, you will be taken to the actual article.
Issues
wants to know if our readers feel that this new format is better. We want to
make our reader's comfortable, and pages easily accessible. We are always open
to new ideas and suggestions.
As always...... I wish each and every one
of you a life filled with dreams and void of ISSUES! I
appreciate your patience and patronage.
